I Did the 2 Mile Walk Today

I did something I thought I could not do. I use the Walk Away the Pounds DVD. There are 3 workouts on the DVD. A one mile, a two mile and a three mile. I have been really afraid to try the two mile. I really thought that there was no way I could go past the mile mark. Guess what? I did the whole two miles. I admit that I had to slow down once or twice, but I kept moving and I finished it. I also did my mile on the treadmill so that is 3 miles today!!!! I also got all eight glasses of water. I think that is my third day in a row to get all my water. The only thing is I like to go to the gym later in the evening after dinner, but there is one problem, after I am home for about half an hour I get really hungry. It is not like yeah I could eat or I could wait, it is feeling like I am starving. I try to ignore it, but it wont go away. I try to eat some fruit, and I still feel hungry, but I wait 30 minutes to see if it goes away, and it does not so I go get a 100 calorie pack of something or other. Is there anything I can do to stop being so hungry after a workout or something that I could eat that would satisfy my hunger? I feel so strong right now I have no desire to go to bed. I have not felt this good in a long long time.
