My Progress so far

I have lost 3lbs. I am trying to only have one soda a week. I am drinking lots and lots of water. We are going to the gym almost every night of the week. When I get a craving I go for fruit instead of junk food. Steve is not putting any where near the sugar in his tea. I am also using a workout video Walking off the Pounds. You walk a mile in 15 minutes. I know three pounds is not a lot but I feel like its a great start. I feel better. I do not feel so tired I have more energy. I think that is from the exercise. I am encouraged and excited to keep going. I cant wait to hit the 10 pound mark.
