The Power of Prayer and Faith

My husband and I are going through a little bit of a money crunch. We got behind in our bills a bit, especially the car payment. We are trying to catch up now that he has started getting paychecks. We paid the car company what we could, they told us it was not enough they were going to come get the car. We told them ok that is fine come get it. My husband and I cleaned out the car and waited. Well I have been praying about our financial situation for some months now. On July 31st we got a call from the car company saying to come in with Steve's pay stub and they would tack on the missed payments to the end of the note. We could just start paying the payments and not worry about trying to catch up. That is quite a change of tune, and a mighty fast one at that. My God is capable of all things. NOTHING is too big or too small for Him. Thank you for all your blessing.

And to the angel (messenger) of the assembly (church) in Philadelphia write: These are the words of the Holy One, the True One, He Who has the key of David, Who opens and no one shall shut, Who shuts and no one shall open:(B)

I know your [record of] works and what you are doing. See! I have set before you a door wide open which no one is able to shut; I know that you have but little power, and yet you have kept My Word and guarded My message and have not renounced or denied My name

                                                  Revelation 3:7-8

He loves all of his children. Pray, do not worry and fret it is a waste of time and energy. It is like rocking in a rocking chair you are burning energy, but not going anywhere. The power of prayer truly works. You have to ask to receive. Have faith and trust in the Lord. He will provide for your needs.
