A Dallas Kind of Day
About a week ago we went to the Dallas Farmers Market, Klyde Warren Park, and drove around downtown Dallas looking for interesting pictures. Klyde Warren Park is awesome, it is a park that is built on top of a highway. There was a variety of food trucks....the smell from those trucks was so tempting, but we had just eaten. They also has a reading area where they offered different books, magazines, and several newspapers. They has chess and checkers games for you to play. You could try out the small putting green, play horse shoes, ping pong, and other games of that nature for free. They had a yarn bombing exhibit. I went wild taking pictures. We also saw Pioneer Plaza, it represents a cattle drive that happened many years ago. We also drove over the new Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge. It was very pretty. All in all we had a great time, and it was wonderful to get out of the house with hubby and Mom.

Oh wow.....you certainly DID have an adventure! Sounds like an amazing place--something other towns should replicate, frankly.
What a fun time. And I'll bet it was a good time behind the lens!
Ohhhh.....I'll hope for photos of the yarn bombling!
*laughing* I have no clue what that is, so I wait in anticipation! LOL
I promise pictures are coming......several in fact
:-)
